My workmate just said I'm wasting my time eating tuna and brown rice. Apparently they're only good for cutting? Can someone explain why he's right or wrong?
In other news.. Mass gainer acquired. Full cream milk acquired. Let the bulking begin.

The same foods can be used for bulking and cutting. Its the quantitties that I would be changing. Obviously this is only to an extent. example:
fuckload of chicken and vegies to gain
smaller serve of chicken and vegies to loose.
Obviously this would be more ideal if you added potatoes to gaining but you get the point
But aslong as you get in the right amount of P/F/C daily that is all that matters.
