2 Salmon fillets lightly seasoned and panfried, whole bunch of english spinach sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and 4 cloves of garlic. P.s: Looking at the level of presentation from the masterchefs here I just know I have to pick up my game with plating skills and garnishing ability. Hence the strawberry on top.
Chicken enchiladas with the added kick of some jolokia chilli, but still working out how hot these chill is are but thinking I should of used 2 chill is in these just for some more kick.
Roast veg, greens from the garden and octopus (yeah baby) with some oat sourdough for lunch.
Highly recommend the spanish Cuca brand. high in protein too.
