How do you poach @Jungnaut ; they look pretty neat.
Secret is to use fresh eggs, I get mine from a lady down the road she's got like 5 hens. Then in a pot just below simmering, add a tablespoon of vinegar, swirl it in the water a little and then crack them eggs in. As soon as they start to float and the water boils. take it off the heat and ladle them out with a slotted spoon. Easy as piss!

But if I buy supermarket eggs they don't turn out as nice. The whites run all over the place, like bukkake.
 

I think that's my problem. + too much bukkake...

Yep definitely has to be fresh fresh eggs. Pays to have chooks if you love poached eggs!

Choc oats with banana and a wowowow strawberry mint cream thing I made yesterday

Salmon with veg and salad at lunch

but this, this was my coffee this morning.

Not only was it totally perfect, it was stunningly beautiful. Right down to THAT spoon.

 
No time to cook today
Lucky the garden is giving up lots of good stuff

buffalo mozzarella with our own tomatoes, basil and some grilled eggplant for lunch.
