now that im baking, it doesn't get soggy, but try boiling or even steaming, then storing it for 2 days in the fridge... all that water trapped in the head goes off very very quickly.

you should be cooking twice if not 3x a week. vege's and some meats don't really last that long.
man ive been doing shift work for i cannot remember how long, thats what forced me to prepare every single meal. so its been atleast 12yrs of evolution for me preparing meals. (i did days in the lab for first few years)

never freeze already cooked meat, freeze it after buying, and thaw in the fridge.
thats how you get real food that taste perfect reheated. in some cases it even taste better after the rest and reheat. (but not if you freeze it between)
