Careful with those sugar free chocolate bars. They're something stupid like 500 calories for 100g. May as well have regular chocolate.

They're good for ketosis kunce though :) they only come in 45g blocks anyway but yeah, all things in moderation.

Beef stir fry with carrot, zucchini, spinach, capsicum, mushroom and broccolini. Bit of soy and oyster suave too. So yummy
 
Lots of awesome food today but highlight was dessert.

Got it in my head to make gelato today so Browned Butter Gelato it was ...topped with caramelised banana and white chocolate.

Macros defenstrated a bit but woohoo LOL

Carb depleting at the moment. So just chicken/tuna on its own, a handful of nuts and a sugar free energy drink to keep me sane.

Have started eating 280 grams salmon, cooked in a teaspoon of coconut oil, mashed cauliflower and broccoli with a teaspoon of Philli cheese for my afternoon lunch, about 2 hours after my PWO shake. Quite enjoying it!
