Don't know how to do add a pic and I don't want to use tapchat due to the flakey usage reviews online. Post work out snack for me is one serve of fat free strawberry yogurt with 2 scoops of chocolate protein and 2 scoops of muesli. Yummo

300g hickory smoked beef pattie
2 slices american cheese
2 slices bacon
1 egg
Caramalised red onion
BBQ sauce

1. Pick healthy shit you like and some you dont like as you cant taset it anyways.
