1st meal of the day (start of carb up)

2 big scoops peanut butter, honey (melted) - add in oats and choc/mint protein powder - leave in the fridge over night...

 
oats always look terrible but that is one of my favourite mixes!

No pics but ALCE seafood buffet last night. Lots of bugs, oysters, prawns, various fish and soft shelled crab. Then 3 plates of various desserts. That is how I refeed

Yea mate it looks like shite in a bowl haha - prob one of my fav meals to be honest...out of anything....been having this for prob 10 years now...
 
OK not eating, just making and packing.

Still waiting to have my label design all finished and off to printers so I can start up in the new year.

Made a few batches for friends before Xmas.

all protein barred out today lol
