Last nights dinner was 300g scotch fillet cooked over charcoal and 150g broccoli steamed with a bit of Vegeta
Breakfast this morning was Lamajoun with 2 eggs - its a real thin Armenian pizza style thing, 126 cals per slice its like a tortilla spread with a thin layer of tomato lamb mince and spice YUM
Lunch was 400g Slow cooked Osso Bucco - Farken Delish. but this was eaten at 11am due to being way to keen
Dinner is either the Beef bolognese sauce i cooked up last night or Chicken thighs
Will more then like smash the sauce on pasta then brine the chicken for tomorrow lunch and dinner.
Currently cooking up 1kg of rump steak, 500g for lunch and 500g for dinner. Today requires no protein powder!
I also eat bacon and eggs almost every morning, (only excluding days I work dayshift where I have to leave home at 4am, thats 1-2 days a week).
My neighbours must seriously be WTF'ing, seeing/smelling me at the BBQ every morning and at least again at lunch or dinner of the same day. Add that to the fact I'm cutting and have lost 12-15kgs.
