My proposed refeed using same stuff but with a banana as well.

lemon pepper/soy basa & veggies
 
protein pancakes with PB and chobani
tuna & bacon with zucchini, radicchio and bok choy
leftover tuna and chicken with tomato, pumpkin soup + bread
macadamia butter, choc bars for snacks ... refeed day

made this dessert to celebrate my folks' wedding anniversary tonight..bit rushed today so nothing fancy.

Yuzu curd tart with almond crust and chocolate hearts

decoration is a bit off but hey, heap them on ... at least they are perfectly tempered

peri peri scrambled bacon/egg white salad


cinnamon/maple creamed rice (that is my giant bowl that I normally use but it looks tiny )
 
Didn't look as good as Sticky's pancake feast.

Ive noticed no one really eats greek yogurt, isnt it supposed to be some kinda superfood ?

I think you'll find many of us eat greek yoghurt (by the container full).

no such thing as a superfood. All real, whole unprocessed foods are super. they're food

Yep, and chobani is really good, nice and thick, good flavour, now made here in Australia instead of imported (it was imported for the first few months).

Barambah Organics (sorry Bazza) is also really good...one of the most delicious thick greek yoghurts around.
