HSVJake:Best Recipe - Okonomiyaki World - Recipes, Information, History & Ingredients for this unique Japanese Food
I used egg whites, low fat mayo and low fat bacon. Also no tempura but seafood marinara mix.

Shitty left over bbq steak, mushrooms, spring onions and baby spinach leaves, a quick sauce from a dollop or 4 of cream flavored from the marinade the steaks was in.

nice eats, guys

Chris, I just marinated the fillets with a drizzle of lemon olive oil, fresh rosemary and garlic for 30 mins.

then just grilled them in a non stick pan, cooked rare. Rested them for 5-10 mins and sliced to serve with juices on top and some Maille Dijon mustard - nice with the rosemary.
Was quite tasty .. expected it to be gamey but it wasn't.

Didn't put me off like beef and other meats do. I think it's because it's so lean.

Didn't go all spicy as I wanted everyone to try it at home. Might mince up my own fillet and make little roo burgers too.

:)

sounds good! I think it is definitely a love or hate thing. Luckily I love it :)

yep, i'm sold on it too. haha, my family are still requiring medical attention for shock every time i eat meat LOL

i should have posted a pic, but was so nervous about eating it, i didn't even think of pics :D
