What's funny is I just finally had the same thought re a smaller baking pan as I took it out of the oven last night

LOL I bought one because I realised I had the same issue with my protein breads. Making a smaller batch just for me but still using the big tin
I thought it was just my wog genes wanting to feed the population of the globe
 
Post w/o feed - 2 eggs and 4 short cuts bacon.


Dinner

220g Grilled BBQ Salmon and home made coleslaw with egg mayo (home made) grilled half tomateo.

 
choc/cinnamon/coconut oil oats with berries, fibre stuff & pb


negimaki & veggies


roo snag & egg white omelette salad


peanut/maple oats with berries, oreos & sf maple syrup
 
Looks messy but was a big serve of meat balls, diced toms, tiny bit of cheese, sweet pot, broc and coleslaw with dollop of egg mayo - 560 Calories

Dinner - 200g Grilled Salmon and 3 shorts of bacon (whilst cooking coz I was starving) with 300g of broc/caul/SP/beans/mush (not shown)

And a cuppa tea to wash it down.

 
Any is too much estrogen is bad shit, unless your goal is to bleed once a month and cry during re-runs of friends.

Best move to real milk mate.

Soy milk isn't actually milk and tastes like absolute shit anyway. Your right if you want milk actually have milk but the tiny amount of estrogen in soy milk isn't going to matter unless you are drinking gallons of the shit everyday.

Yeah I know that, but I like to scare the cut brahs into thinking a glass of soy milk will send them into a catabolic crash and fuck all their gains.

Haha. Well there could be something to it. I don't know anyone big, strong or who I even want to associate with that drinks soy milk.
 
agree with Bazza. Tastes like $hit to me though. If I was lactose intolerant I'd drink almond milk. As I'm not, I just drink normal stuff

250ml Coles Fresh lite Milk.



I do drink both, just like the taste of Soy occasionally. I probably won't buy anymore thou.
 
Mrs made an awesome ice cream cake for the daughters 16th yesterday, spewin I didnt get a proper pic of it but suppose this one will do.
Double layered job, she made a cookies and cream base herself for the bottom half, top half was creamy choc with tiny tiny bits of mars bar inside and maltesers lining the top, fukin win.
