Finished uni at 12.30 and was really famished. A mate got me the new Maccas lamb burger. I engulfed it but couldn't finish the chips. I feel very guilty now... :(

Today's lunch - tuna and avocado scramble. Definitely on the repeat list
2x 95g tins tuna in oil, 1/2 an avocado, 4 eggs.

Yes, I love pepper!!!

 
Salmon with dukkah, lemon, ginger, garlic, tamari marinade (yum!)

and I baked some chocolate raspberry protein cheesecakes for later and tomorrow

Was too hungry for pics but I knocked up a nice stirfry consisting of:
Bokchoy
Mushrooms
Onion
Ocean Pearch
Garlic
Soy sauce
Sweet Chilli Sauce

I continue to surprise myself. I might just make a good kitchen bitch one day :)
 
I'm intrigued by the fish stir fry. I've never been game to do it for some reason.
