montasio cheese with pesto and quinoa crackers

I broke the fast with one of these fantastic lemon tarts and a capuccino at Le Petit Gateau this morning (met a friend for coffee and made it a treat day)

Lunch:
Cottage cheese + basil pesto
pumpkin with habanero sauce
silverbeet

Snack:
a couple of strawberries topped with yoghurt
Lucuma toffee whey bar (161kcals, P/C/F : 19/4/6)

Dinner:
Egg white omelette with leftover pumpkin, a little tomato sugo and dijon mustard
radicchio
1/2 glass red wine

Looking forward to Mango Protein Frozen Yoghurt for dessert :)

Had sichaun at Spicy Panda on dixon st in China town

roast duck , double cooked pork, green beans and chilli minced pork

thanks, they were! needed some serious cheering up this morning and they hit the spot.

My mum made me some pumpkin soup yesterday and said she added some of my "special cinnamon" LOL

I just thought "wow, cool! YUM!" and then "Trained her well, I have" :p
