LOL Chris, not enough chicken adobo today... MORE!!!! :p:p

I made this tonight when I got home tired and cranky from a long crappy day at work.
Still tired, but not cranky :D:D

Orgasmic Organic Raw Cacao Nut Butter

150g organic raw walnuts
150g organic raw almonds
50g organic raw cacao beans
sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)

Grind the nuts and cacao beans in a food processor until it forms a smooth paste. It takes a while. You will need to scrape down the bowl from time to time.

Add a little sweetener of your choice, if you're not a hardcore cacao lover. I don't like stevia in this...tastes awful. Best is a little honey, maple syrup, or organic coconut syrup (amazing stuff and high in micronutrients). use the SF stuff if you need to.

This is fantastic stuff. Turns a frown upside down :D:D:D:D

There was another bowl in between those 2 but it looked exactly the same as the first one :P

And that sounds pretty damn good Viv!

The plate its on is actually a big platter plate, wouldn't fit on a normal plate. Haha.

No olives, can't stand them.

Pictures are a pain, interrupts my eating time.
