Oats are the only grain I usually have. I have fructose and fructan intolerance so wheat, rye and barley all off the list. Wheat is the worst.

Definitely a champ food :)

me tooooooooo hyjack! I have mastered laab...my friends come from far and wide for my pork and duck laab! lol

It's so quick and easy and tasty! Ohhhhhh I love food way too much! lol
 
Spiced prawns with citrus and balsamic glaze

LOL all good till you hit lunchtime ;)

For me, post AM workout: HWPI + cacao shake

Lunch:
Tuna, soft boiled egg, avocado, tomato, mountain of green salad, flaxseed oil, vincotto, a little walnut sauce.

Espresso + two chobani ginger truffles ... in case I'm not eating enough chocolate cos my energy's been flat :p
