The abject HORROR of a crappy coffee and a peppermint pattie (curious to know what it tasted like...UGH...cough splutter YUK)

Egg white omelette with fresh HABANERO chillies, parsley and spices
Roasted veggies - pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots and parsnip
Spinach
flaxseed oil
a slice of organic oat sourdough
and on the subject of chocolate ... may I introduce you to Valrhona's single origin pure criollo Palmira from Venezuela. Sadly, this was from the last batch ever made. Vale Palmira ... a sublime experience:
