Vitamin A and beta carotene are good reasons to eat carrots.
High GI is not a good reason not to. That's all i'm saying.
You are actually agreeing with me, even though it looks like you aren't.
GI means nothing in a mixed diet
Carrots and peas are full of sugar, good food but not so good If ones aim is to lose weight.
My key to a diet is having 20-25g protein per meal over multiple meals per day. This is just to have a steady protein intake across the day.
You would also have a lot more lean mass meaning you would burn the sugar off quicker.
Fact of the matter is, if you want to lose fat you shouldnt eat sugar.
Why do something half-arsed?
There is nothing wrong with having protein spread across the day day. For me personally it satisfies my appetite and I dont get hungry. Why???
Instead of writing these users posts off as "broscience" and"shit" how about offering your idea of correct diet advice??Again more shit. WTF is up with the bro science in this thread.

No bro science about it. Why would you eat refined sugar when you are trying to lose fat mass?
I did it this way and lost 46kg. 150kg down to 104kg.
I guess I didn't really get very good results though.
I remember now why I stopped posting up anything other than my training journal.
What worked was eating less calories than you burnt not avoiding sugar.
I guess the easiest way for Jim to eat less calories is to avoid refined sugar.
Okay then.
Sally, if I where you I would just eat 1700 calories worth of pancakes. Every meal pancakes. You will lose fat no worries.
