Physiotherapy

Hello everyone,

I need a physio as I have patella tendonitis or jumpers knee as it's commonly known. I had a good physio a while ago and I can't seem to contact him however I have tried a couple of different ones. One was like massage therapy which was a waste of time and money and the second one practically butchered my leg.

I'm sick of finding dodgy people so I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good physio in the inner west of Sydney?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry Kaz, I completely forgot about this thread. I work in Baulkham Hills yet live in the inner west. Its all good anyway, I managed to get in touch with my original physio. He does home visits now so its a win win lol.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience—finding the right physio can be challenging, especially with something as tricky as patella tendonitis.

I highly recommend [Physio Name or Clinic] in [Suburb] for the inner west of Sydney. They specialize in sports injuries, including jumper’s knee, and have a great reputation for tailored treatment plans. If you’re ever in Toronto, you might also want to check out the physiotherapy clinic toronto—they have a fantastic team known for their holistic approach and effective treatments.
