This is a good tip
After a set of chin-ups I like to Fnnish off with reverse shrug, I can do about four, it's painful and hard to do.
Attn Goosey,
Do you happen to do these 'shrugs' at the end of a set of dips?
Regards, KFG

Hepburn press course
Press 3 times a week.
Take a weight, lets use 50 kg and perform 3 reps, 5 sets.
Keep the same weight but add one more set each workout until you have done 10 sets with the 50 kg.
This will take you 2 weeks or 6 workouts.
Now drop back to 5 sets, 3 reps, but add 2.5 kg.
Continue the addage of 2.5 kg's every seventh workout.
A great course if you are stuck on a weight.
Going to try this. Have heard of it before sounds worth trying and have been stuck at 80-82.5 for fucking ages now.

Take it easy Brick, you are only 5kg behind me.
In hindsight It might do better as a stand-a-lone workout
Actually I believe this is now a lift in some emerging NA powerlifting associations
Not to mention a great lift to bring up the bench press
