So my mrs brought this for a pre work work out its got green tea extract, caffeine from green coffee and the essential aminos. She's had it four times now the last 2 times she's had good good work outs and and energy even after gym and cardio has gone to a step or body pump class afterwards lol damn les mills !! Any way last few times she gets massive late night sweats can't sleep and fast heart rate with some anxiety. She is not a big caffeine drinker but can handle coffee easly. Do you think it's the phenylalanine or another amino ? Btw I started her off on a quater of the recommended dosage! I personally don't take pre work outs but now I just inherited 250 grams of it lol.
