Close, yes. Commentators are calling a Heath retention of the crown. He just has such juicy muscle bellies!

But he better keep running, because Kai Greene bought the goods today & looks unbelievably conditioned, beautiful striations, lower back is epic & his hammie hang is a thing legends are made of. lol

Great pose off between the two as well.

Will be interesting to see the outcome :)

Hey what did you think of Rhoden? God he was so impressive, I see a Mr O title in his future.

Beyeke was a surprise, the commentators shat all over him, but he has those juicy muscle bellies & really beautiful proportions....watch this space for him imo!

Kai looks absolutely sensational, Heath is commentators favourite to retain the crown, but jesus christ Toney Freeman looks a cracker! On stage next to everyone else, just phenomenal!

Rhoden, Beyeke also fantastic.

So exciting! I want to go next year! :p
