It could be the thyroid mate, my hate had a missus that was running 10klms a day, cycling and living on a couple of apples, she kept getting fat and he ended dumping her.

She went to the doctor and he put her on regulating meds and I saw her a while at a party and she's now a stunner. No fat on her at all.
 

Apart from Fridays gone almost completely off the carbs. Half a dozen eggs a day few tins of tuna and meat twice a day averaging over 100 grams protein a day.

Up to 2000 calories unsure if its the body shock or if my body doesn't handle carbs well but ive been shredding .7-1kg a week and getting physically larger every week. Not even doing cardio anymore just 1 minute long sets. 12 reps in 15 secs then 30 sec rest and its working wonders.
