Started training in July this year after my second heart attack got interested in weights when going to cardiac rehab so I joined a gym after my stint at cardiac rehab which was good when I first started but when I advanced to using free weight gear I found I was always waiting so I bought myself a power rack ,some bars, weights, bench and now train at home. I had started losing weight before my heart attack and have dropped from 116Kgs to 101Kgs since April. I now want to build some muscle definition as well as maintain a decent fitness level.
