Need some direction - training advice?

Sweet as, so I've read the book (and enjoyed it, its so simple but makes so much sense)

Going to go with 4 workouts per week. Following the 'Boring But Big' program for the first cycle at least, and using bodyweight ex's (chins, dips etc) as assistance workouts.

Stepping up the diet, and have set some decent goals.

Also, I've started my fitness cert this week. Is it wrong where you spend all day at work looking forward to lifting big weights and 'studying' for the rest of the night?! Some would call us madmen, crazy, stupid even. I don't think they understand, and they're probably just jealous.
Train hard people!

PS. Done a deadlift day a few nights back. First time I'd done a solid DL for a while (with my summer off, and shoulder injury). Was amazing. Just felt strong. 2nd to last set was 170k with 6 reps. and pumped out a few at 180k as well. Was really happy. And I no for certain I've got the bug back 100% Bring on the next session!

P.P.S
I train at my local Fitness First - its full of typical commercial gym goers/trainers - anyway I seen a PT training a female client with Deadlifts and squats - true, deep barbell ones aswell. It was good to see.
