Hello everyone.
I’ve been dealing with consistent neck and shoulder tightness from long hours sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The discomfort tends to build up during the day and feels worse by evening, especially around the upper traps and base of the neck.
I’m considering getting a Bionic Finger Neck and shoulder massager to help manage the tension at home, but I’m unsure if these devices actually provide meaningful relief or if it’s just short-term relaxation without addressing the underlying issue. Has anyone here used one regularly?
Did it help reduce stiffness over time when combined with stretching, mobility work, or posture improvements, or is it mainly just a temporary “feel good” effect? Also interested in whether heat, shiatsu-style kneading, or vibration makes any real difference in results.
Would appreciate any real-world experiences or advice from those who’ve tried them long-term.
