My workout program

Shrek, I didn't attack him, I suggested a course of training which would be best for his health and long-term physical development.

He gave me a reply straight out of bodybuilding.com Teen Misc subforum.

Camopay, if you miss out on training a body part, you get all sorts of muscle imbalances which later on lead to discomfort and pain. For example, I know a guy who only does bench, bicep curl, tricep pushdown - and he can't put his hands behind his head, and has a lot of shoulder pain. If you miss out training legs, you end up with a back in pain. That's because even if we treat our body as a bunch of parts in the gym, actually it's a whole. It works together, if one part is much weaker than another, we get discomfort and pain.

So even if you don't care how your legs look, presumably you don't want discomfort and pain years from now.

You came here asking for advice, you got it - whether you like it or not.

No it was a general comment Kyle not aimed at you.
Some one suggested he did not belong here...
Even i was harsh on the young bloke in my first comment.

Of course he belongs here. If he goes to bb.com or IronDungeon or something everyone will just bullsht him. Only here is he sure to get straight talk and common sense.

Markos, this ain't PTC. That's your business and home, you can chuck out those you judge unworthy there, fair enough. This is a discussion forum, everyone's welcome, even the young and silly ones. :D
