This thread should have been done and dusted by the second post, Kyle covered everything. He is deadlifting 70kg ffs, I dont think he needs anything more than chalk, right technique and lifting.

OP i personally wouldn't be doing 8 reps for deadlifts, but if you wanna stick with that program fine. I prefer around 5 reps, for that exercise only, usually 8-10 sometimes more on others.
Just use chalk, pretty simple, get some from Gym Direct.
Great advice, its why it shits me when a novice thinks he knows better and changes my program, but still calls it PTC blah blah blah
You guys know I never have 8 reps for deads, SLDL are of most benefit when done for higher reps, but a guy who deads 70kg changes it because he clearly knows better
