Lol off topic much! My phsyio actually does acupuncture on the side so whenever I'm locked up and can't more she breaks out the needles as part of the treatment.

Sticky hod do you roll your hammys? That the old glass coke bottle up and down them? I'm pretty sure our injuries are very similar.

Thanks for the advice guys it will give me something to think about. I'll look into another physio for a second opinion.
 
I use a foam roller and a golf ball. The foam roller is the lesser of 2 evils.

Really work on the hammy strength and flexibility over the next week or and see if it makes a difference.
Slow GHR are really good at getting rid of my back pain.

It's almost to the point that I can say, I'm not injured lol.
 
Like I said, you may be in a different kettle of fish, but slow glute ham raises (GHR) destroy my hammys. Sldl are good too.
