Max Effort training/method

I didnt compete when I was strong, dont think I'll bother when I'm weak.

Seriously though, I get more satisfaction in coaching than I did in lifting. So often I get guys that think they'll never be strong, and changing them totally is more rewarding than pressing a weght yourself. I'm 49 soon, thats pretty old.

I'm not one of those guys that wants to keep smashing it till I'm 100. My body was telling me to have a break, I have never ever not lifted as heavy as I can, so everytime I went into the gym to start back slow, Nina would walk in and catch me squatting 140kg and have a go at me.

I dont do moderation, some of you may have noticed lol

I will always lift, I'll also take breaks. I'm lucky in that I dont get fat when I stop, I lose weight, yet no one on here would eat as much as me, trust me on this.

I was 90kg when I got married in 1990, I'm 87kg now at 48. It would be a different matter if I got fat though.

Every now and again these strong little punks taunt me, so I challenge them to a Superman pushup comp. Bitches gonna bitch out lol
