mass gainer AIO or protein+carbs

this is funny, yea i don't exactly have the stomach capacity to hold

but i am trying anyway, about 2 -3 hrs have something to eat
protein shake is included, i will give it more thought

i do try and clean my diet up, but atm, i am everything goes ... LOL

~2 protein shakes a day is about the limit before i hit the toilet. lol
 
Switch to WPI, it's low lactose, then you can down more. Like people have said, eat more. I had a mate who said was a hard gainer. I put him on laksa diet, he put on weight real quick. Lots of calories in coconut milk... something like 4 x more than milk for the same volume.
