Hi I'm going on a mass gain (muscle not fat!!) in a few months and was just wondering your thoughts on my proposed training split
Schedule:
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Shoulders / Traps
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Abs + HIIT
Sunday - Rest
