Does Boris say you have to jack up the maxes? I know 3 advanced lifters using Sheiko and they all do this.I could get through #37 in 2hrs easily these days. The intensities are very low and the volume is tiny compared to what I do now. I also run my own cycles with jacked maxes so I tend to actually use somewhere closer to 90-95% rather than the 80-85% I'm meant to be using. This is why I need longer rest breaks and a lot of mobility work. Hence 3-5hr sessions...
