people whinging about their disliking for this article because it doesnt mention perfect form etc. and saying by lifting heavy they r going to injure themselves with imperfect form please note this as well that many people say that, to get big u need to eat big too, well a fitness builder with sane mind would not eat junk to get big .. he would eat 5-6 meals and a balance diet but in big amount. same rational applies to this article too, author is already considering that the reader is sane enough to lift weights with improper form .. he's just emphasising the importance of heavy lifts.. is it too hard to comprehend?
