What u talking about delta i went 40 was my warm up set. I didnt just start lifting 80 randomly i built up from 60kg all the way to 80 over several weeks.

In six days you went from lifting 60 kg for 3x10 with one fail to 5x5 (i assume) 80kg with a missing set and a bunch of fails in the other 4. In between you did one or two sets of intermediate weight. Where is the slow measured progression in that. The biggest weight you lifted before trying 80kg for 5 sets was ONE set of 70kg for 6 reps.
Your a complete idiot. Its not worth trying to help you - you obviously have no idea how to train or what reasonable progression is and you don't seem to want anyones help or at least you don't listen to anyone who is trying to help you.
You have strained a muscle - or perhaps worse - but you can't actually see what caused it - well go read your training diary - the answer is in there.
