Kettlebell Training

I've made a fair few trips there , I've got a few things that aren't iron edge (like dumbells, fatgripz, forearm blaster, exercise bike etc)... but i've got these things just from iron edge

Globe barbell (40mm)
Mace bell
Power clubs (6,10,15)
8,16,24,32,40,48,64 classic KB's (getting an 80 soon)
15kg deadball, 20lb wall ball, 8kg med ball
8,12,22kg wrestlers (bulgarian) bags
wooden rings (need to sort out somewhere to hang these)
a few bands, CoC grippers (0.5,1,1.5,2), Foam rollers
15mm rubber flooring, a few 50mm squares
Inclinable Weight Bench

I got carried away once i starting visiting that showroom! (must be all the colours)

I know...their showroom is a DANGEROUS place!

I want battle ropes, more kbs and those wrestling bags ... the list could go on LOL

do you charge entry to your place?

don't have the space for a full arsenal like that.
Can fit a few in between the saxes, upright basses, clarinets , bows(archery) and electronics gear(solder rework station, oscilloscopes)

picking up 2x 12kg on sunday and with the 16kg should be enough for now

heaviest things I've had to lift have been motorbikes
but thats more picking them up not completely off the ground

I've picked up 100kg - 115kg in firemans style carry but not just using hands.

Could always slide/drag it down a plank if needed.

I tied the 16kg down on the back of the seat (on the bike) in a bag heading home yesterday, didn't shift even with the multiple roundabouts(fairly tight)

If there had been one there by the time i got there, it would have been mine!
I'm regretting not grabbing the other globe barbell for $50 and one of those GHR's for $250.

I know i can lift the 80KG with one hand... i'm just not sure i could lift it out of the boot at a mechanical disadvantage

hmmm

KB's have my attention atm... Want something to do conditioning at home...

Although what do you do with an 8kg KB... Actually the 10 & 12 could also be a bit on the light side???

Just grab an adjustable 32kg kb tommy. Iron edge have em. Ebay often also. Its plenty for conditioning purposes. Or just head to ptc every saturday
