July Calf Challenge

5x calf extensions up stairs

4/7
3x seated weighted calf raises
3x standing weighted calf raises

Four days in and I'm struggling with a foot injury that I sustained a few months ago. Trying to find something that is less uncomfortable but still going strong.
 
1 set of single leg calf raises - 25 reps each leg after shower.
Just did 4 x 20 @ 60kg bb calf raise as well.
 
TODAY

5 x 20 x 2 one leg calf raises. BW only today, I was along the river training

DOMS are almost gone
 
30kg seated calf raises 3x15 and then singles 2x15

Wednesday 5 x 30kg standing calf raises
Thursday 5 x 40kg standing calf raises (DOMS disappearing)
 
Did 5 sets of seated barbell calf raises today. 3 x 20 x 50kg, then 2 x 20 x 70kg
 
I do my calves in the leg press machine on the bottom of the plate. the only way i have been able to build my calves is doing them very slowly, my best is about 350kg for 10 reps.
