July Calf Challenge

I didn't do an official set yesterday but I ran 5km with a big fuck off hill in the middle so can that count? Back in the gym today :) Hiking/rock climbing tomorrow so can that count?
 
Yeah ok but I would still prefer direct calf work though.

I'll update later from home.
 
Thursday . 2 x static. 1 x bw singles. 2 x doubles with son on shoulders. (bumped his head in doorway)
 
Crazy challenge...
Did some bb calf raises this morning with 82kgs... 3x20. And im already feeling them...lol. Wont be doing them every day thats for sure lol.
 
Thanks Groar. I could barely walk when I got back from the run so I think I must have worked them a bit :p I won't be running often though anyway.
 
I jumped the gun a bit today and decided to give my calves a measuring....

It might the newbie gains but I've put on considerable size already.... I'm even more interested to see the results at the end of the month now.

Really? lol I didn't measure mine. Just took pics. Hmmm sounds interesting! I want muscle definition damnit, I don't care what they measure lol

But it will be interesting to see how your measurements have changed!
