Really good stretch at the bottom, as the toe block has got really grippy sandpaper type grip on it.
Toes stay completely stuck the whole rep, and it's a round tube, allowing to roll up and down.
I think this makes a big difference overall, as other methods/machines I use don't get the same toe traction and keep slipping every few reps.
Will use this machine more frequently now.
Jogged on tbe spot to warm the wheels in this bs weather, reppin out on a trolley at work, single leggers.. 8, 8, 12, 12, 17 ... The calves are sore. Me thinks I underestimated this challenge.

Not your average set.
This was super slow with really painful stretch at the bottom and hard contractions.
Most of the set was in the stretch position.
Was tension or contraction during the whole set, took 5 minutes.
