Just got done with a strength session. I wanted to retest my big three PRs and see if I'd lost any strength with the 11kg. While I didn't surpass any of the previous marks, I did equal my old numbers on Squat, Bench and Deads. I've done everything I can (naturally) to ensure minimal muscle loss, but was still nervous about a dip in strength levels. Evidently it's not a problem as yet.
