Nek Minnit on Thursday i get a cold, laid up in bed all fkn weekend!
 
Got into position to start squats and realised there is muscle to put the bar on now. Still 90kg and still fat but something must be working.
 
strength slowly coming back. 10 reps on squat with 90kg (bodyweight), and 6 reps on 90kg bench after 3 reps 60kg military press.

Now 18 weeks since surgery on broken collarbone.
