Please, somebody change the title to be 'Intra Workout Nutrition'
I"m strongly considering some carbs & a wee bit of protein during training based on past experience & a lot of personal reading. What I'm unsure of, is the timing of the post workout meal.
If i were to have the inra workout meal from the
2200 Calorie Eating Plan what would be an optimal time frame between the intra workout meal & the post workout meal? half an hour? 45 minutes? Clearly because every
body is different it's hard (nay impossible) to pin point an actual time (for example 37 minutes).
