the only link I can find between the former is a study done on rats. Aren't we talking about building big muscles anyway?
 
I know, which seems to outrule any direct benefit to the immune system, except as you pointed out through improving gut health which I can only find a rat study on.

I'll leave it at that, I more or less copypasta'd the section from aragon's work to give a complete review, I'm interested in jacked fibahs as opposed to general health. If you want to argue that the two are related we may as well suggest a fibre supplement for muscle gain while we're at it.

Well after the liver has metabolised oestrogen it is then off to the guts to be drawn out through the feces..

If it isnt drawn out it is then reabsorbed and your oestrogen is increased thus lowering your bioavaialble testosterone by increasing your SHBG.

So yes adequate fibre is essential to building muscle oliver. :D

But they feed luecine to cows and look how big they are!!!

The two amino acids that they feed to dairy cows are lysine and methionine. Mostly done in America.
