Individuals

It's been a while. So i'd have to go digging around a whole lot of training logs to find out the start & finish progress. From memory, in the first month I started at a terrible 90k & finished at 105k (once again, also terrible). At the time I was about 67kg. With proper lifting shoes & my current conditioning, it'd be a lot better!

On the subject of Smolov I went from 155kg to 185kg in my squats, however I did not love it at all. It was hell.

I've also done deads and bench simultaneously with Smolov Jr (a less intense base cycle) and zercher squats with just the normal base cycle. Every moment of each cycle sucked but the results were all worth it. 10kgs to my bench, 20kgs to my deads and a new deadlift PR from just zercher squatting.

Its a great program if you've got the balls to survive it and the brains to not go overboard.
