Why so secretive. just post your details and if anyones interested they can contact you?
yeah an intro would be a good way to start also. You could be a tranny or gay looking for buttsecks.
ok look i do not wish to be so secretive, but i train in Shepparton. Looking for someone interested in training with me. i am dedicated, hard working and consistant. I never miss a session.
Looks like you're doing fine right now, better than most trainees.
Training solo is the best.
What more do you hope to achieve with a training partner?
It's only one more issue you have to deal with.
Sometimes you may want to go faster or slower, workout earlier or later, workout longer or shorter, take a day off for some reason out of your control.
Your training partner may have the same issues and you will end up worse than before.
So what does a training partner offer that you can't do yourself.
What are you willing to offer your training partner in return?
I like the idea of a training partner, being someone that pushes you beyond your limits and helps you set up for big lifts with dumbbells etc. The downside being that both have to be in sync (same times, same workouts), and if you are taking turns doing exercises, is that the gap between exercises too long? > 30 seconds
I do like training by myself, but I do miss the company sometimes.
