If you only could do ONE exercise for each muscle, what would that be?

Do you compete in BB? If not, no one cares about calves.

How can you say that. There are plenty of threads in regards to gaining calf size. What about the thread with Hugh Jackman a couple of months ago where everyone was into him for not working his legs.

And his response was the big 4 or 5 cover everything. I thought it was pretty clear what he meant. And when I look at the workouts of big guys they generally spend 90% of their gym time on those sorts of exercises. When I see small guys in a gym they are generelly flushing their tris and bis... or trying to attack something from a number of angles... whatever that means.

Haha I know what you mean, was talking to a local PT last week, and he was telling me he does not train legs and neither do his clients as squats are bad for you and so are dead lifts.

But apparently he does super sets of bicep exercises twice a week. He was confused when I was telling him I do squats and dead lifts twice a week.

Best part was my arms are way bigger and more defined than his.:p
