No other Powerlifting federation in the world would turn away a lifter that has been training all year (It is a Nats) away from a comp, you simply move up a weight class.
From novice to nats, you lift in the class you weigh in at.
Like Mac said about WL, it appears to be another rule change to be more inline with WL, as to try and gain entry into the Olympics
The IPF is going to have to choose between PL and WL.
