strength training and eat like my life depends on it. worry about the rest later.
i'm a wiry ecto at 5'6 low 60kg's. been a twig my whole life. i've tried weights a few times but always half hearted. 3 weeks ago i had 1 proper intense workout out of the blue. god damn if it didn't make me feel like i was 6 foot and built to wear it. every time i workout now, if i don't push myself harder than the last session i feel like i've lost. i can't even think about comparing my numbers to some of the guys on here. but against myself, i'm winning every time i try. feels good. want more.
