Hi,
Im trying to build muscle and im a bit overweight, im around 93kg when I should be 75~~70kg so im heating healthier foods.
I am not doing cardio, just cutting down on calories but im wondering if its worth heating before going to bed, something like WPI or something based more on carbohydrates like fruit.
I dont want to add weight and the reason why im asking this is because I do weights on weekends and have been doing it for over a month, I dont feel that im getting stronger or weaker, im starting to look more toned.
My Squats was shocking last saturday 100kg first set 3 reps, 2 set 2reps
two weeks ago I did 5 reps and 4 reps, it could just be one of those days but im just worried that muscle could be breaking down.
