I'm baffled. It's no longer a beginner routine if you're not a beginner, it's an advanced routine. Get that up your pipe and smoke it.

Yeah but my point was we just can't keep adding weight for eternity, otherwise we would be squatting a gazillion. ..:D
 
sorry to interrupt your conversation........I am curious - what is the reason for all exercises in the PTC beginners program having sets of 8 reps, with the exception of squats (10 reps per set)?
