help on squat form

Same sort of thing happened to me when I first Squatted 160kg x 10. Legs gave out and I apparently blacked out for 5 or so seconds. I recall thinking they where idiots and I'd just blinked.

To keep in-line with the thread, I find really focusing on keeping the low back arched as hard as you can help's. It's the only cue I tend to forget when I start getting tired. If you keep your low back arched hard, it pretty much forces you to keep your head and chest up with everything nice and tight. Saying that, if your set-up isn't up to scratch, nothing will help.
